League City has a booming population, it’s constantly growing larger and larger. Recently while working on homecoming mums I was surprised to find that they had over 3 high schools in the League City area:

• Clear Creek High School
• Clear Falls High School
• Clear Springs High School

Boy was it a shock to find out especially when we had to get ribbon for all of these new school colors. So with all this growth, it’s no surprise that a new hospital was needed, and very welcome.

New UTMB League City Campus Hospital

UTMB has opened up a new branch in League City, TX. The UTMB League City Campus opened in June on I45S. The full service hospital is complete with inpatient and emergency care, state of the art equipment, and exceptional care for mothers and their healthy newborns in the Labor and Delivery rooms.

We are exceptionally happy about the beautiful new gift store in the lobby and the flowers we will be providing for them. The gift store is amazing, and has tons of adorable new baby gifts and outfits.

Same Day Delivery to League City

Frequently we get questions about our delivery area. Rest assured that not only do we already deliver to League City, TX, but we are already making frequent  flower deliveries to UTMB League City Campus Hospital and all medical offices associated with the facility.

The new League City hospital has 24 hour emergency department full of all brand new equipment, but remember that while patients are admitted to this department, they are not allowed flower and gift deliveries. This also includes the ICUs, there is just not enough room here for patients to have flowers. We also would not want them getting in the way of patient care.

New Baby Flowers

Since the hospital has a great new labor and delivery department, we look forward to delivering beautiful bouquets of flowers for new baby boys and girls to the hospital over the upcoming years. Currently, our most popular arrangement for new baby boys to deliver to hospitals is the Welcome Wagon. It’s an adorable red wagon full of coordinating flowers including red gerbera daisies and yellow spray roses.  

For new little girls, our most popular bouquet is the Just Ducky. The yellow duck is larger than it looks, and with it’s pink hat and matching pink and yellow flowers it is always a hit. This is pictured with white daisies and yellow spray roses, but can always be rearranged to include more pink flowers if you like.

The League City Hospital Plans Expansion

The UTMB League City Campus is a master-planned campus and an extension of UTMB Galveston. Additional patient floors and a second patient tower will include intensive care units, expanded medical and surgical specialty care and expanded procedural and diagnostic care areas.
